    Book Your Appointment

    Our Bridal Consultations are 45 minutes long. You will have your own stylist, fitting room, and bridal station. The cost of the appointment is $20 (Tuesday-Friday) and $35 (Saturdays), to be paid upon your arrival. Each bride can bring up to 5 guests (Saturday) and 8 guests (Tuesday through Friday).We request a credit card to hold your appointment. You may cancel at no charge 72 hours in advance for a weekend appointment and 48 hours in advance for a midweek appointment. Last minute cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. We will text you in advance to remind you of your appointment and ask you to confirm or release it to a waiting list bride. Please note we only accept VISA®, MasterCard®, or Discover®. We do not accept American Express.

    The House of Couture is a locally owned and operated dress shop serving Danville and Walnut Creek, CA. Our owner, Sharifa Raouf, is a custom tailor with years of experience, and she prides herself on creating beautifully tailored dresses from luxurious fabrics. Our fabrics are sourced from Italian, French, and Swiss mills, and our elegant dresses have a European influence while remaining comfortable, versatile, and fashion-forward. If you are looking for cosmopolitan style with incredible craftsmanship, Sharifa is the custom tailor for you!

    Born in Kabul, Afghanistan, Sharifa has traveled the world in order to live out her passion of design and custom tailoring. She studied apparel design in Europe and America, and launched a career in fashion when she designed evening dresses for Miss California.     At The House Of Couture, we offer everything from custom wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses to prom dresses, evening gowns, and men’s tuxedos and suits. All of our ball gowns are made with fine European fabrics, and our suits and tuxedos are of the highest quality. Our specialty is custom wedding dresses, and we always stay ahead of the latest wedding dress trends by creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind lace wedding dresses, A-line wedding dresses, princess wedding dresses, mermaid wedding dresses, and more.
