  • Production Timelines: For made-to-order gowns, please allow 4 to 5 months for production and quality control. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Payment & Dispatch: For items requiring a deposit, the remaining balance and all shipping costs must be settled in full before your gown is dispatched from our Walnut Creek showroom.

  • Secure Worldwide Delivery: We offer insured worldwide shipping via premium carriers (UPS/FedEx). Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

  • Signature Required: Due to the high value of our garments, all deliveries require a direct signature upon receipt to ensure your gown arrives safely.
