At The House of Couture, every gown is dispatched with the precision and care befitting a luxury acquisition. Our delivery process is designed to protect your investment from our Walnut Creek showroom to your door.

Delivery Timelines Gowns from our exclusive designer collections — including Pronovias Privée and Oksana Mukha — require 4 to 5 months from order confirmation through quality inspection before dispatch. Ready-to-wear pieces from our in-stock selection are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Payment & Dispatch For gowns requiring a deposit at time of order, the remaining balance and all applicable shipping costs must be settled in full prior to dispatch from our Walnut Creek showroom.

Insured Worldwide Delivery We ship globally via premium insured carriers (UPS/FedEx). A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch so you may monitor your delivery at every stage of its journey.

Signature Upon Receipt Given the exceptional value of each garment, all deliveries require a direct signature upon receipt — ensuring your gown arrives safely and securely into your hands.
