TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to The House of Couture. By purchasing from our boutique or website, you agree to the following retail terms:

1. Product Orders & Production The House of Couture offers both ready-to-wear and made-to-order garments. For all made-to-order items, the customer acknowledges a production timeline of 4 to 5 months.

2. Payment Terms A deposit is required to initiate the order process for made-to-order items. The remaining balance, including all applicable shipping fees and taxes, must be paid in full before any product is dispatched or leaves our showroom.

3. Accuracy of Measurements For items ordered based on specific size selections, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information. The House of Couture is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect size selection by the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. All high-value shipments require a signature upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of The House of Couture.
